Cesar is dependable, professional and informational to the fullest! I contacted him a few weeks ago to replace some old, moldy drywall in my bathroom ceiling caused by a leak above in my neighbors shower. He asked for pictures of my water spots , explained what needed to be replaced and repaired to a basic understanding. Both appointments I booked went well. He’s responsive to your phone calls and text messages and his prices are fair.
I highly recommend this company! I was searching for a handyman near my home who could install a new ceiling fan. Within minutes of my inquiry, Caesar called me. He was very professional and gave me a quote over the phone. He and his coworker arrived on time, did a great job with the installation and his charge was exactly what he quoted over the phone. I will definitely be calling him again for future work/repairs needed.
Cesar is smart and knows his stuff. Prices are fair and reasonable. He did a new double ceiling fan installation on my 18 ft vaulted ceilings and replaced existing fans in the upstairs rooms. Professional, knowledgeable, very quick to respond, honest and reasonably priced is how I would describe Cesar. He repaired our roof after torrential storms we had days ago. He was quick to respond and was very thorough in describing the work he needed to do, the materials he uses and recommendations. He took pictures to show the damage and the work he did after. I will definitely contact him for any future work we may need and will recommend him.
Cesar and his team were great to work with. They did an excellent job replacing our exterior side door as well as venting the range hood through the wall In just half a day. Cesar was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and put us at ease that we were in good hands. He made sure that I was happy with everything. We hired Chavez construction to do some remodeling. We remodeled 2 bathrooms, added a 1/2 bath and closet. Installed tile, new lighting and the list is endless. The owner (Cesar) was on the job site every day. Cesar and the gentleman that works with him have years of experience ( very knowledgeable) and very efficient. Most important they met their deadlines and I didn't have to leave my house for any of the remodeling. Cesar is very personable at the end my husband and I felt like he was a good friend that we can call on for ANY job big or small. Very professional!!!!

We had a flood under our kitchen sink and needed same day service. Cesar was the only one that would come same day and was reasonably priced. He installed our new faucet quick and professionally. He will be back to replace the plywood on Monday since we chose to do that as well.

I had a damaged roof with heavy rain in the forecast. I called Cesar in the late afternoon and even though it started to drizzle, he still came right over to place a temporary tarp to protect the damaged area until he could do the final repair. I really appreciate Cesar’s willingness to go above and beyond in my time of need.
